1. Acceptance of Terms

1.1 By accessing, browsing, registering an account, placing orders, or purchasing women’s apparel on www.wzhhqm.com, you confirm that you fully read, understand, and unconditionally agree to these Terms of Service, alongside our Privacy Policy and Return & Refund Policy. All three documents form the binding legal agreement between you and Wzhhqm.

1.2 If you do not accept these terms, you are prohibited from using our website and making purchases.

1.3 You must be at least 18 years old to place orders. Persons under 18 may only shop with legal guardian consent.

2. Account Registration & User Responsibilities

2.1 You may create a personal customer account by submitting valid email, contact and delivery information. You guarantee all submitted personal details are true, accurate and complete.

2.2 You are solely responsible for safeguarding your account login credentials. Any orders, messages or operations conducted under your account are deemed your actions. Immediately notify hello@wzhhqm.com if your account suffers unauthorised access, leakage or theft.

2.3 You shall not use another individual’s identity, email or payment information without full written permission. Fake, stolen or duplicate accounts may be suspended or deleted permanently at our sole discretion.

2.4 You agree not to use the website for illegal, fraudulent, harassing or infringing activities, including automated scraping, bot bulk purchasing, malicious review spamming or counterfeit order claims.

3. Product & Pricing Information

3.1 All goods sold are women’s fashion garments, accessories and matching sets. Product photos, sizes, colours, material descriptions and measurements are for reference only. Minor colour deviations caused by screen displays are not classified as defective products.

3.2 All prices displayed on the website are denominated in PLN (Polish Złoty) unless otherwise marked, including applicable Polish VAT. Shipping fees are calculated separately at checkout based on delivery location and selected shipping method.

3.3 Wzhhqm reserves the right to adjust product prices, launch promotions or terminate discount activities without prior notice. If a clear obvious pricing error occurs on the website before order confirmation, we retain the right to cancel the relevant order and fully refund payments.

3.4 Limited stock items are available while supplies last. We do not guarantee stock retention before checkout completion. We will notify you promptly if your ordered product is out of stock and offer full refund or alternative product exchange.

4. Order Placement & Contract Formation

4.1 Submitting an order via checkout constitutes a purchase offer from you to Wzhhqm. A binding sales contract is formed only after we send an official order confirmation email to your registered mailbox.

4.2 After successful payment, we arrange shipment within the processing time stated on each product page. Delays may occur due to inventory shortages, courier congestion, public holidays or force majeure events, for which we will provide timely notification.

4.3 You must double-check your delivery address, contact number and order contents before payment. Modification requests for confirmed orders can only be processed before dispatch; address changes after shipment cannot be supported.

4.4 We reserve the right to reject or cancel orders without compensation under the following circumstances:
  • Incomplete, false or invalid customer delivery information
  • Suspected fraudulent payment, stolen payment methods or abnormal bulk orders
  • Violations of website usage rules or repeated abusive customer behaviour
  • System pricing, product or inventory technical errors

5. Payment Terms

5.1 We support payment methods displayed on the Shopify checkout page. You authorise us to deduct the full order amount from your selected payment instrument upon checkout submission.

5.2 You are responsible for all bank transaction fees, currency conversion charges or third-party payment service fees incurred during payment.

5.3 All transactions are processed through GDPR-compliant certified payment providers. We do not permanently store complete credit card or banking details on our servers.

5.4 If a payment dispute is raised unilaterally without contacting our customer service first, we reserve the right to restrict your future shopping access and collect compensation for resulting administrative losses.

6. Delivery & Receipt of Goods

6.1 Delivery scope covers Poland and selected European countries as shown in our shipping policy. We deliver to the address you entered at checkout; PO boxes may not be supported for certain courier services.

6.2 Delivery timelines are estimated reference periods and not legally guaranteed. Once the parcel is handed over to the courier company, delivery risks (loss, damage, late arrival) transfer to you as the buyer, except for factory defective items shipped by us.

6.3 Upon receiving the parcel, you shall inspect the outer packaging for visible damage before signing receipt. If the package is broken or goods missing, record evidence with the courier and contact hello@wzhhqm.com within 48 hours for resolution.

6.4 Undeliverable parcels returned to our warehouse due to incorrect address, missed delivery or refusal to accept will incur return shipping costs deducted from your refund if you request a refund.

7. Returns, Refunds & Warranty

7.1 All return, exchange and refund procedures strictly follow our independent Return & Refund Policy and Polish statutory 14-day withdrawal right. This section acts as supplementary rules only; the dedicated return policy prevails for detailed processing rules.

7.2 All apparel products carry a mandatory 2-year statutory conformity warranty under Polish consumer law covering manufacturing defects. Damage caused by improper washing, wear, human alteration or accidental falls is excluded from free warranty service.

7.3 Refunds are processed exclusively via the original payment channel within the time limits specified in the return policy. Cash refunds or third-party transfer methods are not supported unless we issue written formal approval.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

8.1 All content on www.wzhhqm.com, including brand name Wzhhqm, logos, product pictures, text descriptions, layout designs, graphic materials and website code, belongs to Wzhhqm or our licensed suppliers and is protected by EU and Polish copyright, trademark laws.

8.2 You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, edit, resell or commercially use any website content without our prior written authorisation. Unauthorised screenshot reproduction for commercial resale constitutes intellectual property infringement, for which we reserve the right to claim legal compensation.

8.3 You may not register domain names, social media accounts or trademarks containing “Wzhhqm” or confusingly similar variants.

9. User Conduct Prohibitions

You agree you will not:
  • Deploy crawlers, bots, scripts or automated tools to mass scan, purchase or disrupt website operation
  • Submit false, malicious, slanderous or offensive product reviews, messages to customer service
  • Resell our purchased goods in large quantities for commercial wholesale without our official distribution authorisation
  • Upload viruses, malicious code or harmful files through website comment or message functions
  • Abuse customer service channels with repeated unreasonable demands, threats or harassment
  • Violate local Polish or EU laws when using our store services
We may restrict account functions, suspend or permanently ban your account immediately if you breach the above clauses.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 Wzhhqm shall not be liable for indirect losses including lost profits, lost business opportunities or emotional damages arising from product purchases, to the fullest extent permitted by Polish law.

10.2 Our total maximum compensation liability for any single order shall not exceed the total amount you paid for that order.

10.3 We are not responsible for service interruptions caused by third-party platform failures (Shopify, payment gateways, couriers), natural disasters, war, epidemic control policies, government regulatory orders or other force majeure events beyond reasonable control.

10.4 All product quality compensation liabilities comply with mandatory Polish consumer protection legislation; this liability limitation clause does not invalidate your statutory consumer rights.

11. Website Modification & Termination

11.1 Wzhhqm reserves the right to update website functions, adjust service rules or suspend website maintenance temporarily without prior notification.

11.2 We may permanently close part or all website services after publishing advance notice on www.wzhhqm.com. Existing pending orders will still be fulfilled in accordance with these terms.

12. Amendment to Terms of Service

We may revise these Terms of Service periodically to comply with updated EU/Polish laws or business adjustments. Revised terms take effect once published on the website with an updated last modified date. Your continued use of the store after publication means you accept the updated terms. For material changes that impact your consumer rights, we will notify registered account holders via email.

13. Dispute Resolution

13.1 All transactions and legal relations are governed by the laws of the Republic of Poland.

13.2 Any disputes arising between you and Wzhhqm shall first be resolved via friendly negotiation through our official support email hello@wzhhqm.com.

13.3 If negotiation fails, disputes will be submitted to the competent civil courts located in Warsaw, Poland. Consumers may also submit complaints to local Polish consumer mediation bodies or the UODO data protection authority for privacy-related disputes.
