Refund policy

1. Statutory 14-Day Right of Withdrawal (Cooling-off Period)

• The withdrawal period starts on the day you (or a third party you designate other than the courier) receive the ordered apparel.
• For orders with multiple items delivered separately, the 14-day window begins upon receipt of the last item.
• If we fail to clearly inform you of this withdrawal right before checkout, your statutory return period extends to 12 months and 14 days per Polish consumer law.

2. Eligibility for Returns

1. Garments are unworn, unwashed, undamaged, free of stains, odors or personal alterations.
2. Original brand tags, labels, packaging and protective wrappings remain fully attached and intact.
3. Items are not classified as non-returnable goods listed in Clause 3.
4. You submit a formal withdrawal notice to our support email before the 14-day deadline expires.

3. Non-Returnable Items (Statutory Exemptions)

• Custom-tailored, personalized or made-to-measure clothing modified per your individual requests.
• Sealed intimate apparel, swimwear, lingerie and hosiery once the original hygiene seal is removed or broken, for health and safety reasons.
• Clearance final-sale items explicitly marked “No Returns / No Refunds” on product pages at checkout.
• Discounted accessories damaged by customer misuse after delivery.

4. How to Submit a Return / Withdrawal Request

• Full order number
• Full name & delivery address
• List of item SKUs/names you wish to return
• Clear statement confirming you withdraw from the purchase contract
  
  
  Step 2: We will reply within 24 working hours with a return shipping guide and receiving address.
  
  
  Step 3: Ship the eligible goods back to our Warsaw warehouse within 14 calendar days of sending your withdrawal email. We recommend retaining your shipping receipt as proof of dispatch.

5. Return Shipping Costs

• Customers bear all direct return delivery fees unless the item arrives defective, damaged, mis-shipped or inconsistent with product descriptions.
• We do not cover upgraded expedited return shipping fees; only standard economy return shipping is at your cost.
• If we send incorrect or faulty merchandise, we will provide a prepaid return label and fully cover return delivery charges.

6. Refund Terms & Processing

1. We will issue a full refund for all payments you made, including the cost of our cheapest standard outbound delivery method. Any extra fees you paid for faster premium shipping will not be reimbursed.
2. Refunds will be processed within 14 calendar days from either:
   • The day we receive and inspect your returned goods at our warehouse, OR
   • The day you provide valid tracking/proof of return shipment (whichever occurs first).
3. All refunds are issued via the original payment method you used at checkout, unless you explicitly agree to an alternative refund channel in writing.
4. Partial refunds will apply if returned garments arrive worn, stained, damaged, missing tags or packaging, based on our product inspection results.

7. Defective & Damaged Goods (2-Year Statutory Warranty)

• Contact us via email/phone within 30 days of receipt with clear photos of defects and your order number.
• We offer three resolution options free of charge: full refund, free replacement item, or complimentary repair.
• All shipping costs related to defective product exchanges are covered by Wzhhqm.
